Psychotherapy in Bruton

My name is Juliet Bowell and I have been practising psychotherapy in Bruton, Somerset for the past eight years. I am committed to providing psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, in a private room adjoining my home.

Bruton is in South East Somerset near the borders with Dorset and Wiltshire. This means that I can provide therapy for those living in Gillingham, Dorset, and surrounding areas. As a psychotherapist, I can see people from Frome, and nearby.

I work with individual clients, mainly on an open-ended basis. The aim is to help clients understand better why they are as they are, and to feel enabled to live life more fully and authentically, with greater optimism and confidence.

The sort of difficulties that clients bring to therapy with me are - depression - relationship problems - bereavement, loss and grief - stress and anxiety - feelings of anger, rage or hatred - low self esteem.

Help with stress management and anger management is often sought.
